About this product

This bundle includes a Pioneer DJM-500 4-channel analog DJ mixer with beat effects and 3-band EQ, plus two Pioneer CDJ-700S players and a flight case. The mixer offers headphone output and 2U rack height. Sampling is 16-bit at 44.1 kHz. Priced at $750.00.

Our take

For $750, you're getting a classic Pioneer setup that's been a workhorse in many clubs. The DJM-500 mixer is solid with beat effects and a 3-band EQ that gives good control. The CDJ-700S players are older but functional for CD playback. The flight case is a nice addition for transport. However, the analog design means no digital connectivity like USB or MIDI, and the 16-bit/44.1kHz sampling is dated by modern standards. The mixer is also large (2U rack height) and heavy. If you need a reliable analog setup and don't mind the lack of modern features, this is a fair deal. But digital DJs will want something more current.
